What is this Giant Antenna?


Tell me what this is? I saw it on my ride home. The van had no markings.

It looks like something I've seen when the Fox news station parks at the local lake after a drowning.

    That's a satelite communications unit. News crews use them. The van was unmarked?

    Yes, no markings. The side door opened up when I stopped and dug out my camera, but I didn't see anyone.
