My nine-year old daughter does not like to wear underwear. This is an ongoing battle that we're clearly losing. We asked her why she doesn't like them. Her reply, "No one calls them funderwear."
Both of my daughters do the same thing, i think for them it's a game to try to get out of the house without underwear. Fortunately, they're 4 and 7, so i have some time to get them back in the habit of being dressed.

I'm very glad that I wasn't drinking when I read that. Water would have definitely shot out my nose. She's one amazing kid!
Maybe you should warn her about the paparazzi.
