I'm sorry, but I don't know where to get one other than at the swap meet. I searched for the name of the guy who sold it and found nothing useful.
His name is Scott and he rides the Lake Pepin Three Speed tour each year. He builds Thistle frames also. The tour is coming up May 17. I'll ask him how to get one through the mail and post it on my blog.

After I spill some food on it and my arm pit corrosion has its way with the fabric, the quality of the process used to create it will be irrelevant.
