Stolen: My Redline 29"

Someone stole my Redline 29" Monocog Sunday afternoon from my open garage. It was special because I added a Shimano Nexus 8-speed hub and 170mm cranks to it.

Here it is.

Oh man! That really sucks. There's almost nothing worse than a bike thief!

Sorry to hear about that. WE will keep an eye out for it.

Cheers

I had some really bad thoughts about what the thief deserves. I've gotten past those thoughts and I'm calm again.

I will probably buy another just like it, but not right away. I spent a 2.6 billion dollars on a bathroom remodel project. When I agreed to the remodel price, I thought to myself, "No new bikes this year."

What do I do now?

Dude, you just bought that bike not long ago. Total suckage. If I see it, whoever is riding it will be going down!

If it's any help at all, you can have my schwinn right now, no strings attached.
Let me know.

Jim W: You are too nice. Thanks. I still have plenty of bikes. Someone asked me how I would ride off road until I buy a replacement. I said I'd use one of my other 4 mountain bikes.

I'm still looking for a larger frame to replace your Schwinn. We should go to the Hub Coop together. They have some hanging around.

Stealing a bike on a Sunday? Well, who's laughing now with their non-negotiable ticket to hell?

I know that pain. Glad you have found your happy place again.

The only thing you can say is that That's Terrible. Each is a child, or a rib, or a sibling, or just a bike. At least you have 4 left.

Thanks for the ride son! I wouldn't have taken it if you didn't hate freedom so much. Just got done riding the closed Murphy Trail. Gonna see if I can go knock down some protesters before I hawk this for a c-note on craig's list.
